This plump green olive variety, known for its meaty flesh, originates from Tunisia. To maintain the integrity of the fruit during the debittering process, we carefully open each olive with a small incision by hand instead of crushing the olives. Als startende traiteur focussen we op kwaliteit en versheid. Daarom zijn we voorlopig geopend op donderdag, vrijdag en zaterdag.We kiezen bewust voor een kleinschalige aanpak, waarbij we ons volledig toeleggen op drie dagen topkwaliteit. Zo garanderen we dagverse bereidingen en een zorgvuldig geselecteerd assortiment.

Bij Atelier Bien Soigné draait alles om smaak, ambacht en kwaliteit. Vanuit onze passie voor koken en vakmanschap brengen we gerechten die verder gaan dan de klassieke traiteurkeuken. Geen standaard maaltijden, maar zorgvuldig bereide gerechten, steeds met respect voor het seizoen en de ingrediënten.
